The 18th of October of 1945, day of Peronist general strike, the denominated 'march of the ones without a shirt' is convened, organized in order to try to release Juan Domingo PERÓN and to restitute it in the Government like Vice-president and Secretary of Work and Forecast, positions that had in the restored Military Government from 1943, to his confinement in the island of Martín Garcia 4 days before, the 13th of October by the general Edelmiro FERRAL.
